The method

Small actions.
Lasting change.

The 3by100 Life method is built on one insight: you don't need to do more. You need the right structure to worry about less, and only doing what matters most, consistently.

How it works

Four steps. One hundred days.

01

Choose 3 Daily Actions

You select three intentional actions that align with your values, goals, and real life. Not ten. Not a full overhaul. Three...small enough to do on your worst day, meaningful enough to matter.

02

Commit to 100 Days

Behavioral science shows that sustainable habits require consistent repetition over time, not intensity. 100 days is the window where small actions compound into identity-level change. You're not building a streak. You're building a new version of yourself.

03

Track Progress, Not Perfection

The system is built to flex. Missed a day? You continue. The goal is a long arc of consistency, not a fragile streak that shatters the moment life gets complicated. Progress is the metric. Perfection is not the goal.

04

Reflect and Adjust at 100 Days

At the end of your 100 days, you reflect on what worked, what shifted, and what you want to carry forward. Many women choose new actions and begin again, because the structure itself becomes the habit.

The science

Built on how the brain actually changes.

Habit Loop Research

Dr. Atlas built the 3by100 framework on decades of habit loop research: the cue, routine, reward cycle that governs how the brain encodes new behaviors.

Identity-Based Change

Lasting change happens when you shift your identity, not just your behavior. Repeating an action 100 times tells your brain: this is who I am now.

Cognitive Load Reduction

Choosing only 3 actions dramatically reduces decision fatigue. When the brain isn't overwhelmed by options, follow-through becomes the default.

Community Accountability

Social accountability is one of the strongest predictors of habit success. The 3by100 cohort model is designed to harness this effect.

The overwhelmed mother who wants to show up better for herself and her family

The high-achiever who has tried every productivity system and still feels behind

The woman in transition — new city, new chapter, new version of herself

The person who starts strong and loses momentum every single time

Anyone who knows what she wants but can't seem to make it stick

Founding cohort — 10 spots

Ready to begin
your 100 days?

Only 10 women will be accepted into the founding pilot. Applications close once those spots are filled.
